Do you have experience in providing exceptional support to clients within a 2nd line support tile?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering support and advice to customers within a technical setting.

Duties and key responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent 2nd support to clients
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Resolve queries in an efficient and professional manner
Support with remote access needs
Log all customer support enquiries
Ensure all information/documents are tracked
Go to onsite visits when necessary
Installation of new systems and software into businesss
Support other team members as and when required

Key skills required by the successful candidate:
2 + years 1st line support experience
Understanding of Networking with SQL
Good experience within a customer service background
Fantastic problem solving skills
Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment
