Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, manage inbound and outbound communications, and
  • Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Handle enquiries, support escalations, and identify new business opportunities through referrals and digital channels.
  • Regular reporting and data analysis will help you stay ahead of market trends
  • Continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (B2B or B2C)
  • Confident telephone manner and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Background in property, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
