An exciting opportunity for a Team Leader has come up to join an amazing company based locally! The purpose of this role is to support the Customer Services Manager and will constantly thrive in delivering the best possible service to clients. The Customer Service Team Leader will:
Assist the Customer Service Manager in the day to day operation of the team
Proactively manage own workload, working towards any targets given
Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer specific requirements are met
Make sure complaints are addressed quickly and consistently
Prepare for and participate in the weekly meetings with the team or Directors
Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Finance team to ensure customer accounts remain within terms
Work closely with existing and new customers, building relationships, maximising sales opportunities via outbound and inbound telephone calls
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and professional environment
Establishing rapport with clients
Assist others with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

To be considered the Customer Service Team Leader will:
Be able to work with excel and all other technical packages
Have strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport and build relationships
Work with a methodical approach
Make sure a high accuracy of right first time
Have proven work experience as an Account Manager and managing or leading a team previously
Have eave an excellent written and spoken English
Full clean UK driving licence and own transport
