Ensuring all mail is distributed correctly each day.
Daily use of Word, Excel and outlook.
Maintaining and filing in a timely manner.
Routinely gathering reports and when requested.
General daily photocopying duties
Supporting consultants with ad hoc requirements
Producing consultant led letters in line with company format
Scanning and updating all correspondence for the production of financial statements

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
A good understanding of professional working environments.
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads
