A lovely opportunity to deliver a high level of administration support to a busy team in a friendly office has come up for one of our clients based in Guildford.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering administrative support to senior team members
Providing general administration including the writing up documents, data input and filing
Ordering stationary and online shop orders for the office
Update database using Excel
Meeting and greeting visitors
Respond to emails efficiently
General administration support

The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel
Be organised
Be a great team player
Be seeking a career where you can progress and develop
Be confident handling telephone queries
