Our wonderful client based in Woking are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role would be responsible for inputting and maintaining data onto the system, providing all administration support, assisting with orders and answering telephone calls. If you have 2+ years administrative experience, have excellent communication skills and great data inputting skills then this could be the role for you.

The role of Administrative Assistant involves:
Inputting orders and data onto the system
Carrying out all shipping documentation
Providing marketing, sales, HR, finance and customer service administration support
Answering telephone calls and office door acting as first point of contact
Making copies and scans of correspondence
Maintaining the database for files
Assisting with sales and purchased orders
Checking accuracy of documents
Arrange employee meetings and client visits
Meet and greet visitors
Ordering and maintaining office supplies

The ideal Administrative Assistant will:
2+ years experience in Administration in an office environment
Experience working in manufacturing, procurement or shipping
Experience professionally interacting with customers and clients
Excellent communication skills
Great IT and data inputting skills
