Are you looking for your next step within a professional environment? My client have an amazing opportunity for someone that is looking to utilize their administrative skills gained via a previous opportunity, to provide general office support and relay communications to clients and colleagues.

Ensure clients receive an excellent level of service
Ensure that all tasks are dealt with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Maintain a sound knowledge of company rules and procedures and to adhere to service standards laid down by the company
Keep up to date with office practice with particular emphasis on database and word processing software
Meet training and personal development targets
Contribute positively to the work environment by flexibly responding to the needs of the company and being supportive of your colleagues

Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
At least 1 years previous admin experience
A good understanding of professional working environments.
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads
Great communication skills
Experience of dealing with phone calls
