An Administrator is required for a candidate to join an outstanding company based in Woking for 12 months. The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and administrative support to the team on a daily basis.

The Administrator position will:
Provide full administrative and logistics support for meetings
Support senior managers including booking travel and processing expenses and invoices and supporting budgeting
Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage administrative tasks for the CEO
Assist in taking minutes in meetings where required

To be considered the Administrator will:
Ideally have knowledge of the work involved in legal, company secretary, Board and related functions
Have outstanding attention to detail and work well under pressure
Have experience of working with board members, senior executives
Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Be a fast learner and adaptable
Have a proactive and willing to make a difference
