Are you seeking the opportunity to work within a highly reputable brand within a creative, passionate, and forward thinking company? Our client based in the heart of Surrey, in stunning bespoke offices are seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join their fantastic team.

Working alongside the product team, you will be a key point of contact to ensure the effective and efficient running of merchandising department.

Duties within this fantastic opportunity include:
Assisting with the preparation of trading information
Regular analysis of product performance
Present conclusions of previous product analysis to support with planning
Finding overstocks and propose opportunities for
Support with marketing proposals
Identifying and resolving any inaccuracies in data
Measuring stock percentages and keep the team updates of any low stock for delivery
Raise Purchase Orders
Ensure smooth running of product deliveries liaising with the warehouse to ensure merchandising is managed
Managing delivery schedules, liaising, and providing delivery forecasts
Liaise with the merchandising team, reacting to changes in demand and logistics.
Plan, forecast and raise purchase orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Plan for any future potential issues or problems
Assist with supplier strategy, supplier negotiation, terms of business.

Key skills and previous experience required include:
Previous experience of working with tangible products, office based within a Merchandising title
Strong supplier experience including on a global scale
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work with a range of projects and work well to deadlines in an analytical manner
Excellent MS Office package skills with previous education in areas of Fashion or business desirable
