Are you looking for a new challenge within a company where you can get involved? Do you have previous Accounts/Bookeeping experience and looking to utilize your skills and experience? Our client based in Woking are looking for a Bookeeper to join the team.
The role involves:
General accounting and bookkeeping duties
Updating client records for the accountancy firm working for a range of client accounts
Dealing with excel spreadsheets daily
VAT returns
Checking payments the come in and out of the business
Maintenance of accounting records on a monthly basis
Being responsible for all ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience within a similar position ideally in a practice
Be a real team player and have the ability to work well under pressure
Understand confidentiality
Be able to work with organisations nationally
Maintain great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50
Have high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain good presentation and communication skills
