My fantastic client based in Woking is looking for a Bookkeeping and Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. You will assist multiple international businesses, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Collect and reconcile data for payments, invoices, and bank responses.
· Assist with accurate and timely payment settlements and reconciliations.
· Provide support for internal stakeholder queries and month-end closing activities.
· Manage digital wallet refunds and bank withdrawals, escalating compliance issues as needed.
· Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with treasury-related audits.

Experience ideally required for this role:
· 2+ years’ experience in multi-currency international settlements.
· Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.
· Strong understanding of payment processing and cash management.
· Relevant accounts qualification.
