This professional services client based in the beautiful town of Farnham are seeking an organised administrator with fantastic attention to detail as well as being a confident communicator, you will be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries and will support the team with any administrative duties.

· Responding and managing inbound calls
· Ensure that all calls are dealt with effectively
· Call clients to obtain information for the team
· Ensuring that all information is kept confidential
· Updating the inhouse CRM database ensuring accuracy is always maintained
· Support the team with all aspects of administration across the wider team

· Experience in an administrative role preferably within a professional services environment
· A natural communicator able to deal with a high volume of telephone calls
· Able to multitask and prioritise workload
· Confident user of MS office
