Business and Sales Administrator

Our client are seeking a Business and Sales Administrator to report to the Business Development Administrative Manager and provide a co-ordinated administrative function and support to the Business Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join an outstanding organisation!

To Business and Sales Administrator will:
Update the CRM system
Follow through on the agreed action points given from the manager
Send reminder emails to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
Support and update event attendee details from campaigns
Monitor the inbox on a daily basis
Process registration forms on the system
Process Business Development team expenses via relevant systems
Carry out research and store information and comparative information against key competitors
Deal with ad hoc fund / product information requests
Assist in collating and distribution of Business Development meeting actions
Assist Business Development Managers and Marketing with mailshots
Liaise with meeting venues for Business Development Manager events
Produce weekly KPIs and store them for the managers
Co-ordinate meetings schedules and appointment requests
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements and itineraries
Prepare presentation and marketing material as and when required
Provide general support and any other ad hoc requirements

To be considered for the Business and Sales Administrator you will:
Have previous experience working within an Administration position
Ideally be educated to degree level but not essential
Have the ability to work on own initiative
Maintain excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to build rapport with others easily
