Role Overview
As a Business Partnering Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Partnering team by providing comprehensive administrative support.

You will act as a key contact for administrative activities, including managing recruitment invoices, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks, maintaining employee records, and contributing to departmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage diary schedules, book travel arrangements, and support departmental projects
· Purchasing, Invoicing, and Goods Receipting
· Creating purchase orders and monitoring budgets
· Ensure compliance with procurement policies and resolve related queries.
· Draft job advertisements, liaise with agencies, and coordinate recruitment logistics
· Conduct right-to-work checks and manage new hire onboarding processes
· Ensure data accuracy and compliance

Experience Ideally Required for This Role
· Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles within fast-paced environments
· Use of in-house systems such as SAP or other HR and purchasing platforms
· Strong administration and organizational abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
· Customer service and recruitment administration experience are essential.
