Client Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an outstanding, growing organisation. This position is highly focused to delivering exceptional experience to both clients and colleagues on an all-round delivery focused role.

Duties within the role will include:
Building and develop excellent relationships with customers
Act as main advocate for customer service ensuring high standard is met to clients
Working closely with the customer support teams to meet SLAs
Take ownership for ensuring efficient, effective, value in deliver
Engage with stakeholders and account managers
Work on account management, strategy and growth
Act as the link between the customer support teams
Provide accurate reporting
Collaborating with businesses stakeholders and sales executives
Ensure reviews are undertaken internally and externally
Develop and maintain knowledge on the customer accounts
Ensure the teams understanding of the business is accurate
Build relationships on key accounts and provide bespoke reporting
Liaise with operational teams and make sure they are aware of planned changes
Act as first point of contact for escalations supporting with resolution
Ensuring prevention of any problems are met
Proactively attend customer meetings, this will include travel to multiple sites

Skills and experience required:
Have experience of working within Tech or IT Based company
Exceptional communication skills
Previous management experience within a similar title
ITIL Qualified with relevant experience
