Our client are seeking a Customer Administrator to join their lovely team! The purpose of this role is to support customers with the full 360 order process ensuring clients expectations are met and dealt with to the highest level. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills along with previous of office admin exposure.

Responsibilities of the role include:
Deal with customer enquiries through to order fulfillment
Raise orders and place accordingly
Monitor the level of sales against targets
Communicate with relevant suppliers
Update client invoices and dispatch accordingly
Scanning all paperwork
Managing the in house CRM system
General admin support as and where necessary

Candidate skills and experience required to be considered:
Fantastic communication skills
Be a strong team player
Have previous customer service experience ideally within an office setting
