Our client based in Guildford are seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join their long standing team and company. This is a really exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to support customer as well as help the business grow day to day. If you are hard working, passionate and able to deliver a great service then this could be the position for you!

The Customer Sales Advisor will:
Place orders for new and existing customers
Make sure customer records are up-to-date and populated with relevant customer details
Support both order processing and customer management
Advise customers on most appropriate solutions and product ranges
Offer superior product advice, sales service and general support across all channels including telephone, email and live chat
Qualify all product, quote and sales enquiries
Identify new opportunities for future on-going relationships to fulfil the customers needs
Make outbound customer calls
Work towards the companies SLAs
Answer calls from consumer customers, from existing, new and potential customers
Follow up on enquiries or post-order calls to ensure customers have a good understanding of products
Deal with general customer queries regarding status of orders, delivery times or general order administration in a timely and efficient manner
Make sure customer satisfaction is maintained

To be considered the Customer Sales Advisor will:
Have worked within customer services or sales positions previously
Be comfortable working towards personal targets
Work with confidence over the telephone
Maintain fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
Have a good understanding of customer support duties including all aspects of order administration
Hold a positive working attitude and work well under pressure
Have fantastic attention to detail
Be proactive and have the willingness to deliver
