Customer Service Administrator (12 month FTC)

This is a multi-facetted role dealing with client account management, administration, and day to day support as required.

As part of this fantastic team you will:
Be the first point of contact for both internal and external customer related issues
Identify any issues and report these to the management team
Be responsible of ticketing queries, ensuring these are actioned in a timely manner
Sharing knowledge of customer accounts to team members
Work alongside the Account Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basis
Daily administrative tasks as required including internal and external email correspondence
Updating the system on clients activity
Assist the team with any other ad hoc duties

Have excellent communication skills and be a team player!
Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
Be collaborative with a solution-focused approach
