A fantastic market leading company is seeking a forward thinking, passionate and customer focused candidate to join their team. Working within a hybrid working set up, this is a brilliant opportunity to bring your experience in providing a consistently high level of service to a thriving organisation. This is a multi-facetted role dealing with client accounts, monitoring of the KPIs, working closely with management, and submitting reports! Alongside this you will provide day to day support as required.

As part of this fantastic team you will:
Work closely with management to deliver high priority support
Deal with the weekly and monthly monitoring of the KPIs
Gathering data
Report analysis to find patterns and trends within the data
Support with both internal and external customer related issues
Identify any issues and report these to the management team
Sharing knowledge of customer accounts to team members
Work alongside the Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basis
Daily administrative tasks as required including internal and external email correspondence
Updating the system on clients activity
Assist the team with any other ad hoc duties

The Ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills and be a team player!
Educated to degree level would be beneficial
Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
Be collaborative with a solution-focused approach
Enjoy working a busy setting and be a problem solver
