A position has come up for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join their great team based in Guildford. The purpose of this position is to support both the sales team and the customer service team.

The duties involved for the Customer Service & Sales Administrator are:
Liaising with external courier companies via phone and websites
Obtaining proof of deliveries and expected time of arrivals of orders and forwarding onto customers when requested
Taking ownership of any reported delivery issues
Working with the sale and customer service teams to quickly resolve and provide service excellence
Emailing VAT invoices and sending supplier forms
To help the sales team with inbound customer interactions across the phone, email, live chat and social media
Actioning request for physical samples
Packaging, franking and posting to the customers

To be considered for the Customer Service & Sales Administrator you will:
Have a minimum 1 years office-based experience
Maintain strong organisational skills,
Have the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Maintain clear, concise, and professional verbal/written communication skills
Have strong numeracy skills
Be enthusiastic, empathetic, polite & helpful
