Our client based locally in Woking are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team.

The Customer Service Team Leader will:
Be responsible for the running of the team on a daily basis
Offer outstanding coaching and collaborative learning
Work with the existing team and managers to filter down great team members
Drive performance across the business
Direct the team to successfully achieve business goals
Work with other departments on a daily basis
Make sure all clients have an outstanding experience
Create relationships with clients and colleagues
Ensuring efficient and regularly reviewed processes are in place
Deliver and offer a fantastic customer journey
Manage the team through one to ones and coach them daily

To be considered for this Customer Service Team Leader position you will:
Be a previous team leader or manager
Work with a coaching mindset
Have the ability to support and develop team members
Maintain the drive to deliver targets and exceptional customer service
Have previous team leading experience
Hold lots of customer services experience
