Customer Support Assistant (12 month FTC)

Working in fun and friendly offices along with hybrid work from home days too, this is a brilliant opportunity to build a long lasting career. This is a multi-facetted role dealing with client account management, administration, and day to day support as required.

As part of this fantastic team you will:

· Be the first point of contact for both internal and external customer related issues
· Support with the full 360 onboarding of new business accounts and returning clients
· Liaise with internal team members and engineers
· Analyse customer information using excel and internal systems
· Identify any issues and report these to the management team
· Be responsible of queries, ensuring these are actioned in a timely manner
· Sharing knowledge of customer accounts to team members
· Work alongside the Account Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basis
· Daily administrative tasks as required including internal and external email correspondence
· Updating the system on clients activity
· Assist the team with any other ad hoc duties

· Have excellent communication skills and be a team player!
· Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
