Customer Support Coordinator

Are you an empathetic problem solver with a passion for helping people ? Our lovely client based in Woking are seeking a dedicated customer service and administration team member.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting with all enquiries received via telephone and email
Entering orders onto the system ensuring they scheduled in a timely manner
Assist with arranging appointments for customers and engineers
Work to internal processes and procedures
General office support, ordering of stationary and stock checks
Support with any queries, troubleshooting when necessary
Day to day administration

To be considered you will:
Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Have a fantastic empathetic attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the role
Have strong MS office package skills
Excellent communicator
Have customer experience
