Our client based locally to Weybridge are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their Dispatch team on an ongoing temp basis for approximately 3 months. The purpose of this role is to provide customers with support over the phone and email.

· To allocate and prioritise workload to the Field Teams
· Process Purchase Orders
· Resolving customer complaints
· Deal with 1st level escalations and complaints
· To ensure all call activity is recorded accurately
· To respond to and schedule engineers in a timely a professional manner

· Positive/flexible approach
· Experience in an IT or customer service focused role
· High level of personal resilience
· Evidence of building constructive and influential relationships with all contacts
· IT Literate. Microsoft office Suite
· Computer literate in Word and Excel
