Facilities Administrator

Our client are seeking a Facilities Administrator to provide administrative support to all aspects of the facilities function. This is an extremely busy position and will require a candidate who has outstanding organisational skills and able to work well in changing environments.

The Facilities Administrator will:
Support with the business administration
Be responsible for the business processes and procedures
Deal with all the Health & Safety within the company
Support with Facilities Management
Providing general support to the Operations Department
Recognise the importance of timescales and the ability to work to and meet milestones and deadlines

To be considered for the Facilities Administrator position you will:
Have previous administration experience
Have good organisational skills
Maintain the ability to accept a task and see it through to completion
Take initiative to follow-up on outstanding issues
Have the ability to problem-solve and be able to multi-task effectively
Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook software packages
Have access to a car and be able to drive, this is a must
