Are you seeking an opportunity to join a fantastic company within a busy and rewarding role? Our client is seeking a hardworking Administrator to join their growing team at a busy and exciting time!
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is an integral role to the business.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:
Preparing packs for annual reviews
Preparing internal reports for clients, including applications and additional documentation
Submitting new business, placing trades, and monitoring for completion
Dealing with external providers
Liaise with other internal team members accountants, solicitors, and product providers
Ensure clients and advisers are kept up to date with progress
Update and maintain internal system
Dealing with client requests including income, withdrawals, change of details, requests for information
Build excellent relationships with the clients
Running and obtaining risk reports
Booking client meetings and preparing meeting packs

Key skills and experience to be considered:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their own time
To be able to work part of the team and individually
Excellent verbal communication skills
MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook
Be a fantastic team player
