Core Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for the fundraising team
Support and help develop fundraising activities
Maintain and build relationships with supporters
Respond to any enquiries and give outstanding customer service
Process donations from online and offline sources and maintain accurate records
Assisting team members with any administration duties
Maximise any opportunities to boost awareness
Develop fundraising appeals and materials suitable for different target groups
Assisting with team projects within the department
Ensure that all events run smoothly
Occasional travel required to support with events and meetings

The ideal candidate will have:
1 years previous experience in fundraising or marketing practice
Great organisational skills
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Be highly numerate
Driving license and own transport
Positive attitude and a good team player
Be creative
Have strong problem solving skills
Previous experience dealing with a range of different organisations
