Are you passionate about marketing and looking for the next step in your career? Our client based in Waterloo are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team and be responsible for owning and implementing strategic marketing initiatives as well as building the core marketing functions for scale!

The Head of Marketing position will:
Design marketing strategy and operational plan for the brand and each relevant product
Have a deep understanding of the business, product, and relevant marketing strategies
Own the execution of all marketing activities
Be responsible for the content marketing and social media
Work with various teams to produce high quality content and distribute it effectively across all relevant channels
Work closely with product and business development to design and execute effective events and campaigns for high quality lead generation
Organise events for existing and potential companies
Oversee the on-going development of our key digital marketing properties
Develop a communication plan and relationships with media
Monitor and report results of all activities and make recommendations for improvement

To be considered for the Head of Marketing position you will:
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a high performance marketing position
Maintain a track record of creating tangible impact on key metrics
Have experience with B2B marketing
Be able to guide and lead a team
Work well under pressure and be able to deliver
Be a confident communicator
