Duties:
To manage all recruitment activity, including; talent attraction, conducting interviews, relaying feedback and offering support to candidates during the pre employment process and managing all data relating to this
Take full control of the onboarding process and arranging inductions
Ensuring all compliance is up to date , pre employment checks such as right to work and all other company procedures are followed and obtained
Maintain all HR systems and ensure staff are trained on systems, updating records, reviewing systems and procedures and enforcing changes.
Manage all aspects of absence management in line with good HR practice, advise line managers on management of absence, manage long term absences, support in conducting health risk assessments.
Provide accurate advice and guidance to all employees
Ensure that employment legislations and laws are met
Advising in all disciplinary and grievance matters, including preparation for any tribunal/appeal documentation
Work closely with Finance team to ensure that any payroll employee changes are informed
Manage budgets and reports relating to recruitment
Ensure reports are up to date
Coordinate annual reviews and probationary reviews
Oversea and Manage the day to day running of the HR department ensuring that all other departments are aware of all HR matters and changes, and ensure that employees are aware of HR benefits and Pensions.
Skills
CIPD Level 5 or eqv qualified
Have at least 3 years experience
Used HR systems
Be experienced with a wide range of ER matters
Have experience of attracting new talent
Have excellent written and spoken English skills
Organised
Personable and approachable
Confident user of Excel, word and outlook
