Import/Export Administrator

Our client is seeking an Import & Export Administrator to join their well-established team. The purpose of this role is to support the Manager with the day to day duties with regard to import and export. The successful candidate will deal with all the administrative duties required within the team.

The Compliance Assistant will:
Prepare and successfully communicate the customs entry instructions
Update and maintain internal records
Provide guidance and trade compliance data into SAP, including all customs entries
Manage daily receipt report
Deal with calculation of shipment freight costs and action of all exceptions
Manage the daily reports including removal report and data
Support and complete with reconciliation of Shipment Declaration and Inbound Delivery valuations
Provide admin support to clients
Provide reviews for account errors and deal with weekly statements.
Support with any other duties to help with the overall efficient running of the business

The ideal Compliance Assistant will:
Have the ability to communicate effectively
Previous import/export experience
Have excellent written and verbal skills
Maintain knowledge of SAP ideally
Have the ability to work to deadlines
Maintain excellent verbal and written skills
Microsoft suite, to intermediate level
Have the ability to prioritise workload
