Our client are looking for an IT Support professional to join their team! The purpose of this position is to support users with any faults or requests and assist the IT manager with any duties that are required.

The position involves:
Providing a high level of 1st Line Support
Escalating issues when required
Helpdesk support
Delivering exceptional customer service
Being the first point of call for users
Managing helpdesk incidents as they are created
Resolving issues with phones, PCs etc.
Assisting with the set up for new starters, leavers and any other changes
Managing the repairs and replacement hardware
Updating the asset management database

To be considered you will:
Have 1 year minimum experience in an IT environment
Experience in using Windows packages and servers
Be confident and approachable
Have a fantastic telephone manner
Maintain excellent attention to detail
Be a fast learner and able to retain instructions when given
