My client a small knit team with huge aspirations and an even bigger client base are seeking an organised, dynamic and forward thinking person that can hit the ground running. If you like being busy then this is the role for you.
Act as the point of contact between client and engineers.
Be the first point of call for all phone calls.
Organise and schedule operational engineer duties and works.
Respond to emails.
Create invoices
Create quotes.
Ordering of materials and stock.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists.
General accounting duties: Chase invoices. Bookkeeping / reconcile payments.
Skills needed
Experience in an administration role (2 years desirable)
Good communicational skills
Experience with invoicing and accounts desirable
