Are you looking to take your organisation skills the next level? Our locally based client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Co-ordinator to join their busy and buzzy office setting.

The Operations Co-ordinator will:
Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives through research and documentation preparation
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met using technology where appropriate
Liaise with various departments to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
Support in projects related to specific departments ad hoc such as marketing exhibitions or article drafting
Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Produce briefing papers, reports, and prepare other documents to high standards within tight deadlines
Manage several busy inboxes, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of tasks
Cataloguing documentation for legal and compliance-related matters

Experience required:
Proven experience in high-end administrative roles
Proactive and highly resourceful
Confidently adapt to changing situations with ease
Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Meeting minutes experience would be advantageous
High level of organisational ability
High level of numeracy desirable
