Are you organised, able to multi task and looking for a busy position within a friendly and positive team. My clients office is set in beautiful grounds based on the outskirts of Woking. This a unique role and will suit a friendly person with a passion for customer services and delivering the highest quality standards. In this role no two days are the same.

To deliver a reliable first class customer service, to include answering the phones and dealing with customer, greeting customers and, dealing with enquiries, or complaints, or providing appointments
Maintaining the inhouse database system, process applications and book in appointments
Processing applications and taking payments (cash and electronic)
Distribute incoming post and record outgoing
Maintain office facilities ensure stationary is kept up to date and ordered
Reporting of monthly statistics
Attend meetings, take minutes, type correspondence and prepare reports
Raising invoices and reconciliation of remittance

Person specification:
Extensive knowledge of general office procedures and customer service
Good knowledge of Data entry and Record keeping
Able to provide advice to clients in a professional, friendly and empathetic manner
Working unsupervised and using own initiative
Able to problem solve and able to prioritise workload
For learning new skills quickly
Excellent written, face to face and telephone communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
