Are you an all-rounder? Are you someone that is great on Excel and PowerPoint, fantastic with data, good at reporting but also a confident communicator that can build relationships with ease? My client are seeking a confident candidate that is able to hit the ground running with this rare purely remote 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

Keep managers up to date on all customer activities to ensure that deliverables are met within agreed timelines
Measure and report on customer activities using the inhouse CRM systems
Maintain and manage all relationships
Along with the account manager attend weekly face to face client meetings
Understand the clients needs by taking a detailed brief and work alongside the account manager to deliver the requirements
Manage all project admin and documents and ensure all documentation is logged and available for colleagues
Weekly and ad hoc reporting for clients
Use in house portal for staff reporting

Key Skills:
Be a confident user of the full Microsoft Suite with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
A confident communicator face to face and over the phone
Organised and able to take on many tasks at once
Work well under pressure
Be self-motivated
A natural communicator that can build relationships with ease
