Are you experienced in Retail or Warehouses and have a passion for customer services and delivering the best? Our client based in Camberley are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their fulfilment team. This position will suit a candidate who is organised, passionate and wanting to work within a busy team and environment!

The role of the Order Fulfilment Executive is:
Liaising directly with clients in regards to orders and general account management topics
Picking and packaging items including bespoke gift wrapping
Labelling and preparing orders ready for courier collection
Ensuring the Warehouse Management System is always accurate and tasks completed
Working towards deadlines to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
Maintaining strong customer service skills at all times when working with clients or colleagues
Making sure the working area is in order and tidy at all times

To be considered the Order Fulfilment Executive will:
Have experience working within a retail environment would be advantageous
Be passionate in dealing with customers and making a difference
Have ideally worked with systems, especially Warehouse Management Systems
Maintain strong attention to detail
Have the ability to work efficiently towards deadlines
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Be a great team player
