Are you an experienced PA who is looking for a new challenge within a close knit organisation? A very exciting opportunity for an PA has come up to support the owner of the business and be a constant support for day to day duties.

The Personal Assistant will:
Assist across a broad range of confidential and top-level tasks
Collaborate closely with the owner and other team members
Prepare correspondence, produce high quality documents, and carry out relevant research
Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Be the main point of contact for any general enquiries
Responded to any enquires promptly and filter them to the relevant people in the company
Support with typing notes and checking confidential documents
Able to answer emails on behalf of the owner
Diary management for all meetings including travel considerations
Be the main organiser for Christmas, Summer and Staff conferences
Deal with adhoc duties as needed

The ideal Executive Assistant will:
Be able to deal with confidential information
Have previously supported senior management
Maintain previous experience within an PA position
Have great attention to detail
Be highly organised
Have a personable approach, be honest and confident
Have flexibility in working attitude
Be proactive and good organisational skills
Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
