Paralegal Apprentice

An amazing opportunity for a Paralegal Apprentice has come up to join an outstanding organisation for 24 months FTC! The purpose of this position is to be responsible for supporting and assisting the legal department. If you are looking for a position where you can train on the job and gain further education, this could be the perfect position for you!!

The Paralegal Apprentice will:
Assist with template review
Help with the approval and signing on of accounts
Collate job packs prior to board meetings and upload documents and contracts onto Docusign
Be responsible for the maintenance of Record Processing Activities through out the business
Review service contracts for clauses around termination and related obligations
Print and file hard copy company records and manage the archiving process
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon managers request

To be considered for the Paralegal Apprentice you will:
Have a minimum of three A-Levels
Maintain 5 GCSEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and Maths
Work well under pressure
Be able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
Maintaining attention to detail
Be self motivated
Demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to work collaboratively
