Are you a detail orientated, organised, reliable administrator that is looking for a role where you can contribute your skill set to a team? My client are a growing business based in Bagshot and are seeking someone to work 20 hours a week in a fun and friendly office.

This role includes:
Day-to-day office management
Processing invoices, liaising with accountants
Liaising with and supporting suppliers
Administration and Project support
Maintaining/creating office procedures
Assisting director with travel and general PA duties
Ad hoc tasks

Skills, qualifications and abilities:
Proficiency and confidence using MS Word and MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands on experience
