An incredible opportunity has come to light within our fantastic client based in Woking! As Procurement & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of duties including, procurement, logistics, and stock management within the Events Team. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, pre-and post-event packing, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at supplier negotiations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Source and purchase event-related items and merchandise.
· Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Maintain ethical sourcing and quality control standards.
· Follow tendering processes where applicable.
· Develop and maintain a digital stock control system.
· Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports.
· Oversee pre-and post-event packing, stock counts, and damage reporting.
· Manage warehouse operations and optimise storage solutions.
· Track and manage procurement budgets.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
· Coordinate logistics for event setups and material distribution.
· Support the Events & Operations teams with procurement and stock needs.

Skills and Experience Required:
· 3-5 years experience in procurement, logistics, or stock control.
· Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
· Analytical mindset with cost-control expertise.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with inventory management software and databases such as Microsoft Access.
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Knowledge of the non-profit or events sector would be highly advantages
