Are you an experienced Project Delivery Manager looking to join an outstanding organisation on a contract basis? Our client based in Weybridge are currently recruiting for a candidate who has a strong knowledge for business practices in Customer Service business and business applications.

The Project Delivery Manager will:
Support the customer service team to ensure smooth delivery
Look into the improvement process in line with service outcomes
Meet and exceed business targets set by the organization
Be consultative when dealing with clients and customers
Work towards tight deadlines and to customers expectations
Be responsible for the delivery, communication and coordination of work
Identify and implement improvements to systems
Deal with applications to meet business requirements
Work on major projects that arise

To be considered for the Project Delivery Manager you must:
Have 5 years of experience within Customer Experience Management positions
Have worked with customer experience platforms previously
Work with wider team to resolve application issues and plan for changes and upgrades
Take responsibility for document operational procedures
Be highly dedicated to customer care or customer support
Be proactive and want to motivate a team
