Property Administrator

Our Client is looking for a Property Administrator to work within their busy sales and letting team. Working within a busy, thriving office this is an exciting opportunity to put your administration experience to use along with being hot on the mark with any current property legislations and agreements!

Duties Include:
Taking Calls and liaising with relevant departments
Management of email inbox, responding in an efficient and timely manner
Dealing with property maintenance and taking action
Referencing for new tenements
Secretarial and administrative duties
Preparing property agreements for tenants
Preparing inventories, and daily correspondence
On site property checks

The ideal candidate will:
Be customer focused and task orientated
Have the ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Have good time management skills and excellent use of own initiative
Cope well under pressure
Have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Previous admin experience within a similar setting would be desirable
