Are you an organised and hardworking candidate with a passion for property? A very exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a growing organisation working alongside a passionate entrepreneur willing to give the time to train and develop the ideal candidate looking to kickstart their career!

This busy and varied role will be ideally suited to someone with the ability to multitask and act as a key point of contact for a busy business.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Co-ordinating the marketing and advertising of the business via social media, events, signage etc. Maintain and update the company system to ensure smooth running
Manager and maintain excellent working relationship with clients
Taking enquiries and updating information accordingly
Proactively follow up on enquiries including and dealing with a high volume of incoming leads.
Maintaining relationships with online brokers and agents
Issuing the relevant information when taking on a new property listing
Property Administration including updating and amending new, as well as contracts
Property Co-ordination, organising property inspections, handovers and exits
Managing relationships and dealing with day to day issues as well as urgent queries

Key skills required:
Excellent problem solver
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Exceptional communications skills
A passion to learn and grow a career within property
Full driving licence and car
