Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking an opportunity to work within an established and professional recruitment consultancy?
Our client is looking to expand their team and welcome enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join one of the UK leaders within their specialist industry.

As a full 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Maintaining a strong working relationship with existing clients
Developing a good understanding of client companies and their requirements
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Sourcing suitable candidates for the specific roles
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
Managing the full 360 cycle
Meeting the targets and KPI’s set

The ideal candidate will be:
Have a minimum of 12 months experience within a consultant role
Intelligent, polished, articulate and credible
Confident and well presented
Be self-motivated
Work well towards targets
