Do you have previous Recruitment Administration experience and are keen keen to expand their generalist HR knowledge and experience, whilst remaining focussed and dedicated to internal recruitment. The Part Time Recruitment & HR Administrator will:
Provide timely feedback candidates when required
Take responsibility for the onboarding administration
Manage all internal vacancies with a focus on direct hire recruitment
Promote a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
Source, screen and arrange interviews with candidates
Liaise with line managers regularly
Promote and encourage internal referrals within the business
Process DBS checks, employment references, ID verification and Right to work checks
Act as the main point of contact for candidates
Be responsible for job adverts and applications
Support the HR Manager in all administrative processes

The ideal Part Time Recruitment & HR Administrator will:
Have previous recruitment experience
Understand and have previous experience in using job boards and looking at CVs
Maintain outstanding attention to detail
Have the ability to deal with highly confidential information
Be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well towards tight deadlines
Be organised and efficient
