Sales Administrator

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate sales administrator? Our client are looking for a dedicated and bright individual to work within their great offices. This role will be supporting the account managers with any administrative duties and making sure that clients are dealt with efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Act as first point of contact for incoming calls
Process orders from the account managers using internal systems
Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with Clients and Suppliers
Deal with any orders in an efficient manner on the system
Book in deliveries slots with a range suppliers
Action emails in absence of administration team
Administer orders to the point of invoicing
Support with monthly sales reports
Update price lists on Excel
Liaise with the Warehouse Manager to ensure time frames are met to a high standard
Any additional administration duties as required

Key skills and experience:
Be a great to multitasker
Show fantastic initiative
Have an excellent telephone manner
Demonstrate strong MS office package skills including Word and Excel
Have a good understanding of numbers and quotations
Experience in SAGE and internal systems would be highly beneficial
