Are you an experienced administrator with a creative touch and looking to join a fantastic organisation? The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Administrator is to work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams and assist with the presentations, brochures and advertising for the organisation.

The Sales and Marketing Administrator position will:
Update and create marketing materials and promotions literature
Being responsible for the creation of brochures, application packs and newsletters
Update and amend the existing presentations
Deal with the creation of new presentations
Be responsible for the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and copy checking
Provide support for external events as required
Prepare presentation packs and be responsible for the organisation of corporate merchandise
Assist with any ad-hoc marketing tasks when required

To be considered the Sales and Marketing Administrator will:
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have extremely strong IT skills including Word and PowerPoint
Be able to work on own initiative;
Maintain strong interpersonal skills
Work with confidence and be a strong communicator, both written and verbal
Have a great team player attitude
Work well towards tight deadlines
Be able to deliver in all aspects of work
