Key Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service to ensure a superior client experience
· Appraise various luxury items, including jewellery, watches, and handbags
· Facilitate the retail sales of high-end goods such as diamond jewellery, prestigious watches, and luxury handbags
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, telephone, or in-person interactions
· Stay informed about market trends in pawnbroking and luxury goods, and monitor competitor activity
· Promote the organisation locally to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
· Serve as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand standards and maintaining a polished image
· Achieve sales and appraisal targets set by Senior Management

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
· Previous experience in the luxury or high-end goods sector
· Proven customer service skills, with the ability to engage with discerning clientele
· Strong numeracy and literacy skills to support accurate appraisals and sales transactions
· Confidence in working towards sales targets and driving performance
· Commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of market trends in luxury goods
