Working within the Service Delivery Team the Sales Administrator will be responsible for all support activities for the Business Managers. This is a wide-ranging position that covers various aspects of administration and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
CRM management
General customer communications
Prepare customer offer letters, contracts and account set up
Provide support for clients
Liaise with suppliers
Support marketing and branding activities
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience within a support role
Organised and able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
