Are you highly organised and enjoy providing a high level of admin support? Working in a close knit office in the surrey countryside this is a fantastic role dealing with sales support administration along with acting as PA to the busy business owner.

Generate monthly dashboards reports for main customers
Work alongside the Account Managers to resolve an issues
Support the team with updating the system
Use internal Sales System to long details
Support customers and update account managers on new business opportunities
Build a knowledge of customer accounts
Attend adhoc internal meetings
Support the busy business owner with professional PA duties
General administration

The Ideal candidate will:
Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel
Enjoy working a busy setting and be a problem solver
Have a personable, team player attitude!
