Our wonderful client are looking for a Talent Executive to join their team. This role would be responsible for recruitment targets, building relationships with stakeholders and providing an excellent service to candidates. The role of Senior Talent Acquisition Executive involves:
Conducting candidate searches via numerous platforms
Providing management support on key areas
Making sure recruitment targets are met
Keeping candidates up to date throughout their journey
Making sure all candidates are contacted in a timely manner
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders
Attending and leading regular stakeholder meetings
Making sure the recruitment process is adhered to
Creating and publish appealing job adverts and content
Looking after the LinkedIn account and use LinkedIn Recruiter to source the best talent
Being responsible for managing recruitment
Attending business events
Manage key recruitment partners ensuring a proactive working relationship
Maintain high standards

The ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will:
Have experience working in Recruitment
Maintain management experience
Have experience in presenting to management/ stake holders
Be a confident user of LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates
Have excellent organisational skills
Be motivated and driven
Be able to build strong building relationship skills
Have the ability to lead and motivate
Maintain great communication skills
